Hi everyone!

It feels like forever since I did one of these!!! I’ve been through a lot of changes recently and I am trying to work out how and what my work outs will look like given my new schedule. I’m needing the extra motivation, so here I am with another Weekend Workout Challenge! (Image from TribeSports)

Here is something to really get your core working. It’s a multi-crunch line up. Try doing 10 repetitions of each then switch to the next. I Promise you will feel it! Wanna bump it up? Try 20 repetitions! 😉
