A differen’t kind of motivation for you!

Standard
Hey everyone!
It’s been soooo long since I’ve posted anything on my blog! I came across this article on everydayfeminism.com and I just had to share it. We all have goals and aspirations when it comes to our bodies and feelings on how we take care of it. It can be easily discouraging when you look at things saying “how you should be feeling or thinking”. I love how this article, by Ronnie Ritchie portrays those struggles and what you can do about it!

Miss you guys lots! Sorry I haven’t been around!

I’ve felt for awhile that how you feel about what you put in your body is just about as important as what you’re actually putting in your body.

      • Agreed. I tried vegan in the past. It just wasn’t for me. Heck I couldn’t even figure out what was actually vegan or not. Different sources provide different information, so I was totally lost. I’m happy with my diet/lifestyle which is mostly vegetarian. Love cheese too, don’t think I could ever quite that. 😛

Well casein and whey are two of the best proteins you can get, the others being egg white and soy, so vegan isn’t necessarily the best option!
