I’ve felt for awhile that how you feel about what you put in your body is just about as important as what you’re actually putting in your body.

It’s all relative and important. Google some of the ingredients on the back of a food package; you may be surprised at what you find.

Oh I definitely read every ingredients list. I was a vegan for awhile in fact. Some nasty stuff in food these days.

Agreed. I tried vegan in the past. It just wasn’t for me. Heck I couldn’t even figure out what was actually vegan or not. Different sources provide different information, so I was totally lost. I’m happy with my diet/lifestyle which is mostly vegetarian. Love cheese too, don’t think I could ever quite that. 😛

Well casein and whey are two of the best proteins you can get, the others being egg white and soy, so vegan isn’t necessarily the best option!
